Vision For Small Groups
Our vision for the Small Groups Ministry is "Making Disciple Makers," based on 2 Timothy 2:2, which says, "And the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses, commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also."
Our strategy for carrying out this vision of making disciple makers is done through 4 steps: Win, Connect, Equip, and Release.
- Winning people to Christ, sharing the gospel with the lost.
- Connecting people into the church body including small groups.
- Equipping people with the Word, discipleship, and spiritual growth to mature in their Christian faith.
- Releasing people to their place of purpose and destiny, able to disciple others for Christ.
