WELCOME TO THE FASTEN PAGE.
Fasten is the young adult ministry of Trinity Church International.
There are 2 basic aspects of Fasten:
1. FASTEN SMALL GROUPS ARE A GROUP OF FRIENDS AGES 18-30YRS OLD WHO MEET WEEKLY. THE GROUPS ARE A PLACE TO FIND THE MOST LOYAL FRIENDS WHO YOU CAN MAKE A LOT OF CRAZY MEMORIES WITH.
Some groups meet in homes and others at the church. Groups meet weekly or bi-weekly and normally last for an hour.

2. THE FASTEN EXPERIENCE IS A PLACE TO WORSHIP GOD, GROW IN YOUR FAITH,
AND BE INSPIRED.
The services are the 1st and 3rd Friday of each month at 7:00p. Held on church property and consisting of rocking worship plus a short but powerful message: the services are always a great place to worship God and connect with your friends.
