A Testimony from Jess Mullins
Why are we building a Youth Worship Center?
Because of them.......
Trinity is growing out of its facilities! Every day rooms are filled with cell groups, staff meetings, community groups, music rehearsals, art classes, church services, recovery meetings, and much more. There is rarely a time that a room on Trinity's 33-acre campus is not being used. We are bursting at the seams!
Did you know...
- 38 souls are coming to Christ in our services on average each week? That's almost 2,000 people whose lives are being changed, brought out of the kingdom of darkness and into the Kingdom of Light! By 2020, that could represent over 17,000 people.
- 150 students meet each week for the EDGE Student ministries? They are growing out of Hawkins Hall! Students in the community meet on Wednesday nights in Hawkins Hall for a time to draw closer to God, to make disciple makers, and to learn how to affect their schools for the gospel.
- KidZone needs a more kid-friendly environment to train your elementary-aged children? Each week, KidZone is providing an opportunity for our boys and girls to develop an intimate relationship with Jesus, to be filled with His Holy Spirit, and to leave our campus to change their world.
- Trinity Christian Academy holds classes in Hawkins Hall and the main auditorium because they are out of room in the Johnson Life Center and the portables? The Youth Worship Center will facilitate students in a more suitable setting to express their creativity in specifically outfitted music and art rooms and to discover more about their world in fully equipped science labs.
What is the Youth Worship Center?
The Youth Worship Center is a place where lives will be changed, touched, educated, and transformed.
It is a multi-purpose building that will:
- Contain a fully equipped meeting hall for our growing Student Ministries
- House a cafeteria and professional kitchen for church dinners and TCA lunches
- Be a fully equipped gymnasium for sporting events and recreational activities
- Have classrooms for "Christian education", community education classes, recovery meetings, and TCA labs and classes.
- Serve the community in the event of hurricanes, emergencies, or other tragedies.
