Dr. Tom & Mary Ann Peters
Senior Pastor
Dr. Tom and Mary Ann Peters responded to God's call to Lake Worth, Florida, in March 1973. In the years since then, Trinity Church International has grown from a tiny congregation of eight people to a strong, thriving church of more than 4,000. The "Vision of the House" was birthed out of Dr. Tom and Mary Ann's belief that we exist for the purpose of ministering to the Lord, to the Body of Christ, and to the world; for without a vision the people perish.
Trinity Church International is an international house of prayer. Dr. Peters believes very strongly that prayer is the key to knowing the Father's heart. The prayers of the saints go up from Trinity daily, with scheduled times for corporate and private prayer. His heart is that a 24-hour prayer chapel will be established, making intercession for all the requests that come from around the world.
Dr. Peters has a great anointing to teach, preach and exhort. His messages are "life-changing" in scope and inspirational, challenging all to a closer walk with God and a broader vision to help bring the lost to Christ. He has had the opportunity to share this vision by conducting numerous pastors’ seminars in other countries, as well as the United States in training leaders to teach and impart vision to others. He has traveled in over 40 different nations, including ministry in the Caribbean, South Pacific, Africa, Europe and India.
Dr. Peters and his lovely wife, Mary Ann, have two children, Jamie and Tina, and are the proud grandparents of six grandchildren. He believes very strongly in the family unit, which extends from the home to the local church. He believes in being planted in a local fellowship and serving Christ in word and deed.
His ministry to the local fellowship he serves has resulted in hundreds turning to Christ each year, the sick being healed, families and marriages restored, financial breakthroughs, and restoration of those in need spiritually and physically. As a result, one of the steps in the vision of Trinity Church International is to establish a House of Refuge to minister to those in need.
He feels that we must fulfill the mandate that the Lord has given us to reach others for Christ. In his own words, "Let us perceive the vision and rise up together and run to see the vision fulfilled for the Glory of God."

The love of God isn't the only love that is discovered in a church meeting. It was through being involved in the Christian Center's youth group and the high school church singing group, The Traveling Light, (I still have some Traveling Light LPs to sell) that provided the opportunity for Billy and Vickie to fall in love with each other. Now, some 34 years and 3 unbelievably great sons, a beautiful daughter-in-law, and 2 incredibly adorable grandsons later, they are still in love with each other!
Upon graduation from Southwestern University in 1979, Billy and Vickie began traveling as Children's Evangelists, ministering to children and families in Kid's Crusades, camps, and conferences. It was on a mission's trip in 1987 to train children's ministry leaders in Zaire, Africa that they first met Pastors Tom and MaryAnn Peters. 1n 1989, the Burns' family came to Trinity to become the Children's Pastors.
Each week, Billy and Vickie give oversight to and work alongside an incredible staff of volunteers who minister to Trinity's children, newborn through 5th-grade, through the His Little Lambs Nurseries, weekend age-appropriate classes, mid-week Bible clubs (Royal Rangers and Mpact Girls Ministries), Junior Bible Quiz, and numerous outside activities.

Pastor Dan & Joanna Grittner
Dan and Joanna first met on a short term missions trip in Venezuela in 2001. At the time, they were not aware of how special that trip would become in their lives. After their time in Venezuela, Dan went on to earn his degree from PBA and Joanna earned her degree in International Bussiness in Venezuela.
Dan has always had a passion for the youth here at Trinity, and, after graduating in May of 2006, he came on staff at Trinity as the Jr high pastor. After many, many emails, skype calls and a several trips, Dan and Joanna were married in April of 2010 and became the pastors of the Student Ministry here at Trinity. They have a wonderful marriage, love each other very much and enjoy serving together in the ministry.
Their desire is to see young people be discipled through our small group ministry and be trained to change the world for Christ. Both are looking forward to the future and all that God has for them and our ministry.

Pastor Dana & Debbie Beyer
Dana and Debbie began attending Trinity in 1983, Dana came to Trinity having a Bachelors degree in Management and Masters in Business Administration. He worked at Pratt & Whitney Corp. for 17 years, joining the Trinity staff as an associate Pastor in 1997. He has served at Trinity in ushering, ministry of helps, head of the men's ministry, Head usher, Deacon, and graduated from Trinity School of Biblical Studies. He is currently involved in the small group ministry and leads a small group. He was ordained for ministry by His Family Worship Center, Colorado Springs, CO and Trinity Church International, Lake Worth, FL. Dana's duties as associate Pastor include counseling, weddings, funerals, hospital calls, and general ministry to the church. Debbie worked in the daycare industry for 16 years and came to TCI office staff in 1999. She currently serves in the office staff as secretary to the worship Pastor, church wedding coordinator and assists the missions department with bookkeeping.

Pastor David & Melta Briggs
David serves as an elder at Trinity and as Missions Director gives oversight to Trinity’s Missions Department and its involvement around the world. Melta worked as bookkeeper for Trinity for 15 years from 1986 to 2001. Melta, has a very successful business, “Onsite Accounting”, where she consults companies and churches with bookkeeping and financial best business practices. Their travels have allowed them to work internationally in 45 countries of the world as well as the United States.
Working in the private sector for several years, owning a business, and also having been in the ministry since 1974 has given David and Melta the unique opportunity to help people develop from a blended perspective. They both have driving passion to see people maximize their potential in every area of life, and bring a unique and practical approach to personal growth and development. Being involved in world missions, consulting and working in leadership training with many organizations, as well as serving on several boards has allowed them to observe the benefit that is realized through true transformation.
Married for more than 37 years, David and his wife Melta have wonderful children, oldest son Shawn and his wife Joy, oldest daughter Stacey and her husband Brock, youngest son Michael, and youngest daughter Tarina. They are also blessed with three precious grandchildren, Arianna and Nicholas Briggs, and Hailey Tibbs.

Pastor Hector & Laura Escobar
Hector and Laura Escobar have been in full-time ministry at TCI since March of 2002. They oversee and coordinate the Spanish Ministry, making available all areas of ministry to those whose first language is Spanish, including the scheduling of translators for each service, translating of the weekly bulletin and of our T.V. program for local broadcasting. They also perform wedding ceremonies and memorial services both in Spanish and English. They provide pastoral care for our congregation visiting hospitals and nursing homes on a regular basis.
Hector and Laura have a love for the world and oversee the Missions Café which raises funds to help support families on the mission field.

In November of 2007, Ron & Erin came on staff to start up Fasten, the young adult ministry of Trinity Church.
Erin has been a part of Trinity since she was small child. Attending the Trinity Church Academy from pre-school thru high school and eventually enrolling at FAU to study Psychology. She has always been a part here in the life of the church and an active leader within the body.
Ron grew up in South Carolina as the son of a Pentecostal preacher. At the age of 18 he assumed his first position as a youth pastor in his local church. He later went on to join a church planting team in western Kentucky, which saw explosive growth as a fledgling church. In sum, he served as a student pastor for 9 years prior to Trinity.
It wasn't long after meeting that Ron and Erin fell in love. They married in November of 2009.
Ron and Erin have a sincere heart for people. Their vision is to see people discover their destiny & reach their full potential in Christ. They are both passionate about seeing a generation of young people transformed by the power of Jesus through cells and discipleship.
Ron gives oversight to the Fasten small groups of the church as well. Ron loves getting to know the people and being a part of the transformation that takes place in people's lives as they grow in their walk with Christ.

Tom Chappell has attended Trinity since 1979. He graduated from University of Florida (Bachelor of Electrical Engineering) in 1964. He had a successful Consulting business until he came on staff at Trinity in 1996 as the Business Administrator. He oversees the finances of the Church, the facilities, and new construction.

We are Pastors Tommy and Heather Peters, serving on staff at Trinity Church International. I grew up on the mission field of Africa with my parents who were sent out to serve from this local house. I am an associate pastor, helping Senior Pastor, Dr. Tom Peters in dealing with the affairs of the church. We each have our own youth cell group and meet with them weekly.
My primary focus is serving Pastor David Briggs, Trinity's Missions Coordinator, as the Missions Administrator. In this position, I communicate and deal with our various 166 missionaries around the globe that this local house supports which allows me to help bridge the gap between the mission field and our home office. This helps make our missions department a connecting hub for people from across different nations, where they can bring their physical, financial, and most of all, spiritual needs to us, so that we can help them in any way possible.

Andrew Kestler came to Trinity in 2003 as the first full time Director of Media. In 2005 he assumed leadership of the IT department and brought to it his uncanny ability to provide creative solutions to complex technological challenges.
Rebuilding Trinity's network landscape from the ground up, Andrew has redefined how technology can be leveraged to build God's kingdom. Andrew works daily to refine the church's computer network, email, websites, and maintain most of the technology across the organization. Andrew and his wife Carla have been blessed with two beautiful girls and two wonderful boys.

Brock Tibbs grew up in Bland County, Virginia, has two younger brothers and is a proud uncle to his niece, Harper Claire. He graduated with an Associates Degree in Computer Information from Wytheville Community College in 1997 and a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies from Emmanuel College in 2003. In 2004, he was introduced to Stacey Briggs through mutual friends at The Cheesecake Factory in City Place, fell in love and moved to West Palm Beach. Brock and Stacey married in 2006, have a beautiful daughter Hailey Rose and are expecting a baby boy in November 2011.
Brock became the Media Director at TCI in 2005 and has brought TCI's Media Ministry into the age of High Definition. He facilitated the transition of TCI Today into HD and on to The CW network. Brock has built a team of volunteers who have caught the vision to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ through media outlets and without whom the ministry would be unsuccessful. Brock also teaches a multi-media class for juniors and seniors at Trinity Christian Academy.

Jodi Combs has served at Trinity Church International in Lake Worth, Florida since 1974, becoming a full-time employee in 1981. She pursued her education by earning a bachelor's degree in social biblical studies and master's degree in pastoral care.
For the last fourteen years she has served as director of a biblical counseling ministry. On a weekly basis she gives people hope and encouragement as well as practical steps to strengthen their relationship with God. Jodi resides with her husband, Don, in Greenacres, Florida.
